One of my favorite things about working at Crosschq is the ability to be human. Having the ability to take some time to reconnect with myself and have an ultimate adventure.
I recently went on a five-day yoga retreat in Guatemala with a great group of people.
We got to wake up every morning with a view of Lake Atitlán while enjoying fresh food from the permaculture farm adjacent to our hostel.
Some of the takeaways I had during this experience were to slow down, be more present, and enjoy the little things.
Feeling refreshed and ready to take on whatever comes my way!
