At Crosschq our company culture is rooted in EQUIPO (eh-kee-poh/), the Spanish word that means “a group of people coming together to achieve a common goal." One of our values in EQUIPO is unification because we are diverse in so many ways but unified in our mission. We learn about, listen, and celebrate each other.
This week we are celebrating Fer Villa who is a QA Engineer and learning a little about her interests and why she chose Crosschq.
Q: What is your name and title at Crosschq?
A: Fer Villa, QA Engineer
Q: Where are you working from?
A: Buenos Aires, Argentina
Q: What do you do at Crosschq?
A: My role is basically to test the features that are developed, and make sure that they are aligned with the previously established criteria and business rules. If bugs are found, the developer is noted to fix them. Test cases are also documented for future testing.

A: The opportunity to grow and learn in a young company
Q: What do you like about our products the most?
A: That it be an innovative product, that allows eliminating or reducing biases when recruiting people. Also, a very high focus is made on quality, to ensure the best user experience.
Q: What were you doing before you joined Crosschq and what made you want to work here?
A: I was working in a multinational. I think that was the main reason why I joined Crosschq, to get out of the structure a bit, and bet on a company in growth and formation.
Q: Tell us something interesting about yourself.
A: I live in Buenos Aires with my husband and my two daughters, Veronica and Juliana. My favorite band is Pearl Jam, but I like many more, especially grunge, rock... and Britney, of course! Haha. I like to travel, garden, and make paper crafts to relax.
