A: My name is Emily Chavez Manager and I’m the Account Development Representative
Q: Where are you working from?
A: Austin, Texas
Q: What do you do at Crosschq?
A: I help manage a small team, create strategic messaging for outreach, and build relationships with prospects to book new business.
Q: What do you like about working at Crosschq most?
A: I LOVE the people here at Crosschq. It is a group of intelligent and kind people who all want to succeed together. Creativity and transparency are the building blocks of what we are doing here and I couldn't be more excited to be a part of the team.
Q: What do you like about our products the most?
A: What I like most about our product is that it is necessary for HR talent teams and for organizations. What we offer is a best in class way to retain and engage top talent with also providing a great CS team to continue the relationship.
Q: What were you doing before you joined Crosschq and what made you want to work here?
A: I was working at Beamery a talent CRM. Lance Dai was the reason why I wanted to work here and the vision that him and Mike have for the company.
Q: Tell us something interesting about yourself.
A: I love to make pottery in my spare time and paint whatever I make by hand
